1 beet
Half cup strawberries
1 handful blueberries
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon oatmeal
Firstly, wash strawberries, blueberries and beet from water. Cut them all into pieces. Now, blend them in the blender and add orange juice and oatmeal also and blend it well. Then add half cup of water and again blend it and mix it well till no lumps are found. Pour in a big glass and enjoy the juice. Apple, Celery and Capsicum Juice
2 green apples
2 celery ribs
2 capsicums
1 slice lemon
Cut the celery ribs into half or three-forth of its size as small pieces can be difficult to get the pulp out of it. Then chop the capsicum into pieces. If you do not find capsicum in market then bell paper will do at its place since both have nearly equal nutritional value and as well taste the same. Now the next step is to chop the green apples in small pieces. Lastly add lemon slice. You can take lemon peeled or unpeeled it would not affect the recipe or the taste. 1 cup frozen blueberries
2 cups spinach
Half cup oatmeal cooked
2 tablespoon cacao raw
10 almonds
Half cup water
