Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship our herbal products worldwide to our international customers. But this website is exclusively for delivery of ayurvedic products within India. In case you want to get these products outside India, kindly visit: and smoothly place order. Once your order is received, we will dispatch the item discreetly straight to your door.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Normally it takes 3 to 5 business days for us to deliver your ordered products to you. However, in rare cases, it may take a bit longer than that due to postal delays.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We offer various payment methods to make your shopping extremely easy and convenient. You can pay via Bank Transfer (NEFT) i.e. cash deposit to our bank account, Cheque or Demand Draft in favor of our company name or Cash on Delivery (COD).

Is Cash on Delivery available in my location?

Please type your pin code to our zip code checker present on every product page to check the availability of COD service in your area. If your area is COD serviceable, you can opt for cash on delivery service. Otherwise, you have to make an advance payment via Cheque, Demand Draft or Bank Transfer to complete your order.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Firstly, you need to choose the quantity of product you are interested in purchasing from the drop down menu. Then click on ‘Buy Now’ button where you will be forwarded to our checkout page. Here you have to fill all your contact details like full name, complete postal address, contact number, email, etc. Next, you have to choose the desired payment method among – Cheque or Demand Draft, Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery.

Depending upon the selected payment mode, you have to pay the amount. Finally hit click on ‘Place Order’ button. For advanced payment modes (DD, NEFT or Cheque), acknowledge us the bank transaction details via text message, email or phone call. In case of Cash on Delivery, you have to confirm your order via text message, email or phone call.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Change in order or order cancellation will only be accepted before the items are dispatched. Once the items are shipped to you, it will only be cancelled after getting the items back to our end according to our return policies (unopened bottles in original packing).

How Do I Track My Order?

All the tracking details of your placed order will be provided to you in your email. You can then smoothly track your order with the given tracking number by visiting the official website of FedEx or Speed Post India.

How Can I Return a Product?

We strive hard to offer you the most genuine and finest quality herbal products and we are quite confident that these supplements will provide excellent results. However, if one is still unsatisfied with the purchase, one can return the products to us. According to our return policies, you may send us the unopened and unused bottles of products in original packing back to us. We will firstly inspect the product which you have sent to us as it is a matter of someone’s health. In case there is any indication or mark of usage of these products we won’t be accepting the return. Refund will not be processed if any sign of use or damage of products is found.

Our money back guarantee covers 7 days counting from the day you have received your product. The money will be refunded to you after subtracting 25% of restocking, shipping and handling charges. If you have used some bottles of the package and want to return the other unopened bottles then you can freely do so by sending us the bottles without any tampering. In this case, you will be only charged for the used products and the cost of unused products will be returned back to you minus the 25% charges we have previously mentioned. In case the products are returned back to us due to incomplete address/unclaimed products/non-acceptance of items then complete money will be refunded except the 25% extra charges as discussed before.
